r Arrange awards banquet entertainment (lunches and dinners) and coordinate with the Conference Program Committee
r Prepare ‘bulletin board” for local restaurants, places of interest, city maps, community activities, etc. (work with Site Sub-Committee regarding Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce and North Dakota Department of Tourism assistance)
r Provide for fun/theme related/gag messages and/or gifts throughout the conference

r Conduct pre-conference direct mailing to RMASFAA members and e-mail messages to the RMASFAA Listserv (requires some coordination with the Registration Sub-Committee and the RMASFAA Membership and the Electronic Initiatives Committees to obtain current list of members with mailing addresses and for submitting messages to the Listerv)
r Design and print signs for conference sessions (coordinate with Program Sub-Committee)
r Design and print signs or identifiers for sponsors or events and breaks, as well as vendor identification (coordinate with Vendor/Sponsor Sub-Committee)
r Design and print the final conference agenda (coordinate with Program Sub-Committee)
r Design and print special invitations for the RMASFAA President’s Reception, etc.

Transportation Sub-Committee

r Coordinate with the conference hotels for the use of hotel vans to shuttle conference attendees from the airport to the hotel and back at the end of the conference
r Coordinate the use of other available vehicles for transporting conference attendees from the airport to hotels if necessary
r Contact local car rental agencies regarding the availability of rental cars for the conference and if any special coordination needs to be made (associate members may be the most likely to utilize rental cars during the conference)
r Coordinate with the Entertainment Sub-Committee regarding the transportation needs for any off-site social/entertainment/local activities of interest prior to or during the conference
